Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of simple Italian pasta-making, this workshop focuses on shaping soft ricotta-based dough and bringing it together in a rich, slow-cooked tomato passata. You’ll learn how to mix, shape and gently handle delicate dumpling-style pasta, then cook everything together and enjoy it fresh from the pan as a shared meal.

This is a relaxed, comforting Italian dish where texture, timing and simplicity come together in a classic tomato-based sauce.
