I’m Simone — a pasta maker, teacher and cookbook author based in Perth, Western Australia.
What started as a love of Italian food has grown into a life built around making pasta, teaching people how to make it themselves, and sharing the techniques, tools and recipes that make good pasta possible.
I believe pasta doesn’t need to be complicated. It just needs good ingredients, the right technique and a little practice.

I completed the carbonara workshop in September and it was amazing!! I loved that it was a small group so we could have our turns learning and asking questions. She asked us our level of ability and throughout the whole time added tips for me knowing I knew the basics. I am so happy I decided to attend one of Simone's classes and even looking at doing another one soon!
