Orecchiette with Pork and Porcini Ragù – Saturday 1 Nov | Semolina Pasta Workshop, Perth

Orecchiette — little ears — are one of southern Italy's most iconic pasta shapes, made entirely by hand from semolina dough. In this workshop you'll learn to mix and work the dough from scratch, then shape each piece with a knife and your thumb until the rhythm becomes second nature. The pasta is brought together with a slow-cooked pork and porcini ragù, earthy and deeply savoury.

Tactile, meditative and deeply rewarding. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to build real confidence with semolina dough.
