Small, ridged and deeply satisfying — gnocchetti sardi are one of Sardinia's most beloved pasta shapes, made entirely from semolina dough and shaped by hand. In this workshop you'll learn to mix and work the dough from scratch, then shape each piece with a knife and your thumb before bringing the pasta together with a slow-cooked tomato passata and finished with creamy, cloud-like burrata.

Simple, tactile and full of flavour. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to build real confidence with semolina dough in a small, relaxed setting.
