Classic Roman tonnarelli served with a rich, creamy Cacio e Pepe sauce made with Pecorino and freshly cracked black pepper. A hands-on experience with fresh pasta and technique.

11am - 2pm | Scarborough Location

This is a hands-on egg pasta workshop. I will demonstrate both the pasta and the sauce, then how to put the dish together. You will then get the opportunity to prepare your own dough, make your own shapes, and bring them home to cook and share your new found culinary skill with your family or friends.

  • A welcome drink on arrival and antipasto throughout.
  • A hands on interactive demonstration fresh pasta dough from scratch.
  • A demonstration on shaping.
  • Collectively cooking the dish from start to finish before sitting down to enjoy it.
