Join Simone for a hands-on cooking experience where we’ll bring the flavours of the Italian coast to your kitchen. In this workshop, you’ll learn the secrets to making perfectly balanced spaghetti alle vongole, infused with garlic, white wine, and a touch of heat from chilli. We’ll also elevate the dish with pangrattato—golden, crispy breadcrumbs that add the perfect crunch. Whether you’re a seafood lover or simply want to refine your pasta skills, this class will leave you inspired and confident to recreate this classic at home.

- Inclusions;
- A welcome drink on arrival and antipasto throughout.
- A hands on interactive demonstration on making an egg pasta dough from scratch.
- A demonstration on shaping into spaghetti, or bigoli (a thicker style spaghetti)
