Discover the art of casoncelli, the delicate, hand-folded pasta from Northern Italy. In this workshop, you’ll learn to make these beautifully stuffed pasta parcels filled with a luscious blend of ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella, creating the perfect balance of creaminess and depth of flavour. We’ll finish them with a silky lemon butter sauce, adding just the right touch of brightness to complement the rich filling.
