Join me for a hands-on cooking class where we’ll make Gnudi in Sugo, a beautiful dish from Tuscany that celebrates simplicity and flavour. Gnudi, meaning 'naked' in Italian, are delicate ricotta and spinach dumplings that are light, pillowy and melt in your mouth. We will make them from scratch, learning how to balance the ricotta's creaminess with just the right amount of flour to keep them tender. Then, we will simmer them in a rich sugo di pomodoro, a rustic tomato based sauce infused with garlic and fresh basil. This class is perfect for anyone who loves fresh, handmade pasta alternatives and wants to master the art of Italian homemade cooking.
