We’ll pair it with a vibrant, herbaceous pesto Genovese, made the traditional way with fresh basil, pine nuts, and Parmigiano Reggiano. From mastering the art of hand-rolling and stamping corzetti to perfecting the balance of flavours in a silky, nutty pesto, this class is all about honouring time-honoured techniques and simple, exquisite ingredients.
