Simone Agostino

Hello, I’m Simone Agostino - a cook, teacher, writer, and mother of three based in Perth.

Food has always been my way back to connection - to family, to tradition, and to myself. My Italian roots have shaped how I cook and how I share food: with feeling, with flavour, and with a deep respect for simple, honest ingredients.

I run hands-on pasta workshops and intimate dining experiences that bring people together around the table. Whether you’re learning to make pasta for the first time, hosting a gathering, or flipping through one of my self-published cookbooks - The Table of Us and TOO - my work is about more than food. It’s about presence, memory, and the joy of creating something real.

Over the years, I’ve taught hundreds of people how to make fresh pasta from scratch, hosted collaborative events, and created recipes designed to be cooked and shared at home. I believe food should be made to feel - not just followed. And that everything tastes better when made by hand.

Let’s create something beautiful.

Whether you’re looking to join a workshop, book a private event, or bring new life to your next gathering, I’d love to hear from you.
