Experience the rhythm and simplicity of traditional semolina pasta in this intimate, hands-on workshop with Simone Agostino.
Designed for beginners and home cooks wanting to understand pasta beyond recipes, this workshop focuses on semolina dough and the way it responds through touch, texture and movement. You’ll learn how to mix, shape and work the dough by hand, creating traditional pasta shapes that celebrate simplicity and control.
Together, we’ll move through the process slowly and intuitively, shaping pasta entirely by hand before bringing it together in a shared meal where everything is cooked and enjoyed fresh from the pan.
Guests are welcomed with a seasonal Zoncello spritz on arrival before beginning a relaxed, tactile cooking experience centred around feel and repetition.
