Step into my kitchen for a small, intimate cooking workshop where you’ll learn to cook seasonal, authentic Italian dishes rooted in heritage and tradition. This isn’t just a class — it’s a warm, hands-on evening that feels like a private supper club.

On the Menu:

  • White Asparagus Salad — perfectly peeled, cooked, and dressed to bring out the delicate spring flavours.

  • Nonna Maria’s Stuffed Artichokes — a traditional family recipe from Abruzzo, full of flavour and nostalgia.

  • White Bean, Pork & Fennel Sausage, and Tuscan Kale Soup — hearty, comforting, and seasonal, teaching you the secrets of balancing flavours like an Italian nonna.

Included in Your Experience:
