Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their pasta-making technique, this workshop focuses on building confidence with fresh egg pasta and learning how to bring together one of Italy’s most iconic dishes. You’ll learn how to work egg dough, roll and cut long strands of pasta, and create a silky carbonara sauce using egg yolk, pecorino and guanciale.

This is a precise, technique-led dish where timing, heat and emulsification are key to achieving a smooth, glossy sauce without cream.
