Create wide hand-cut pappardelle to serve with a rich, earthy mushroom and mascarpone sauce. This workshop celebrates the depth of these earthy flavours that make up this hearty dish.
11am - 2pm | Scarborough Location.
This is a hands-on workshop. I will demonstrate both the pasta and the sauce, then how to put the dish together. You will then get the opportunity to prepare your own dough, make your own shapes, and bring them home to cook and share your new found culinary skill with your family or friends.
