Gnocchetti Sardi with Burst Tomatoes, Stracciatella and fresh Basil – Sunday 28 September | Semolina Pasta Workshop, Perth

Slow food for warmer days — we’ll be shaping gnocchetti sardi by hand, then tossing it through a sauce of blistered summer tomatoes, garlic, oil, and basil. To finish, a spoonful of stracciatella and a drizzle of chilli oil if you like a little heat. This one is exactly what the season calls for.

11am - 2pm | Scarborough Location

Please choose your dish and date carefully. Due to the boutique nature of these workshops, cancellations are non-refundable and, and if within 7 days of the scheduled event, cannot be rescheduled. Please also be mindful that a late cancellation may result in the workshop being forfeited entirely.
