Experience the joy of making fresh egg pasta from scratch in this intimate, hands-on workshop with Simone Agostino.

Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of traditional Italian pasta-making, this workshop focuses on building confidence with egg dough — learning how texture, hydration and feel come together to create smooth, elastic pasta.

You’ll work through mixing, resting and rolling dough before shaping it into fresh pasta sheets and simple cuts, finishing with a shared meal where everything is cooked and enjoyed together. This is a calm, practical class where small details make a big difference and where you learn to trust the dough as much as the recipe.

Guests are welcomed with a seasonal Zoncello spritz on arrival before settling into a slow, hands-on cooking experience in a relaxed group setting.
