A deep dive into the art of fresh egg pasta. Learn how to achieve that silky, supple dough every time — from mixing and resting to rolling and laminating. We’ll troubleshoot common issues like cracking, tearing, and stickiness, and finish by shaping your choice of pasta (tagliatelle, farfalle, pappardelle, or sorpresine).
