Join Simone Agostino in her Scarborough kitchen for an intimate, hands-on workshop focused on mastering fresh egg pasta.

This class is designed for beginners and home cooks who want to move beyond recipes and learn how dough should feel. You’ll learn how to mix, rest, and roll egg pasta until it’s smooth, supple, and easy to work with - and how to troubleshoot common issues like stickiness, tearing, and spring-back.

Rather than rushing, we’ll focus on building confidence and understanding the dough. You’ll finish by shaping your choice of pasta - spaghetti, tagliatelle, or pappardelle - and enjoy a shared meal together.
