Born from the shared heritage of Simone Agostino and Lauren Guarino, CONVIVIO celebrates the Italian art of togetherness — reimagined for a new generation.

For the first time, Simone and Lauren are bringing together their shared love of food, family heritage, and storytelling in CONVIVIO. Rooted in their Abruzzese lineage, every course is thoughtfully crafted from local, seasonal ingredients, designed to delight the senses and tell a story. Complemented by carefully selected wines and a welcome cocktail, the evening is as much about the experience as it is about the food.

Set in the exclusive Below & Above Truffle Headquarters kitchen in Subiaco, CONVIVIO is a rare opportunity to:
