Learn to shape Gnocchetti Sardi, a rustic Sardinian pasta, and pair it was an equally rustic pork and fennel sausage ragu. A heart dish that showcases the magic of simple, traditional ingredients.

11am - 2pm | Scarborough Location

This is a hands-on workshop. I will demonstrate both the pasta and the sauce, then how to put the dish together. You will then get the opportunity to prepare your own dough, make your own shapes, and bring them home to cook and share your new found culinary skill with your family or friends.
