Pumpkin & Ricotta Ravioli with Brown Butter - Saturday 18 January

Embrace the sweet pumpkin flavours in these pillowy ravioli with pumpkin and ricotta, finished with a nutty brown butter and sauce. This workshop will take your pasta skills to a new level of perfection.

2pm - 5pm | Scarborough Location.

This is a hands-on workshop. I will demonstrate both the pasta and the sauce, then how to put the dish together. You will then get the opportunity to prepare your own dough, make your own shapes, and bring them home to cook and share your new found culinary skill with your family or friends.
